Pasta de goma para flores
250 gramos azucar pulverizada o azúcar glass
1 cucharada de goma de tragacanto o goma karaya
10 gramos de glucosa
3 cucharadas de agua
Se cierne la goma de tragacanto con el azúcar pulverizada, y aparte se disuelve la glucosa con el agua, se añaden 125 gramos en un bowl de la mezcla de azúcar y en el centro en un hueco que se hace se añade la mezcla de agua, debe hacerse una pasta consistente, se debe guardar en un plastico.
Se extiende muy finito y se cortan flores con el cortador elegido para flores.
